I was ordering 3 biggie meals and when I ordered the second 2(they were the same), I needed to modify one burger, the girl taking my order through the speaker cut me off and said “ummm I’m waiting for the drinks and sauce still”. And I replied” what? How would I know you’re waiting for me to tell you that when you didn’t ask “and her reply was “well I asked you in the first one so I figured you knew I’d need it for this one too” with so much attitude like I’m supposed to know? I don’t work there. I can’t see the screen. what kind of customer service is this? I didn’t realize I need to be psychic to order here. No apology nothing. So unbelievably rude. Then I ordered 5 jr frostys and she didn’t say anything, just dead air for at least a minute. Finally she says “is THAT all?” I stayed quiet because I had children with me and I don’t like to make scenes. I worked customer facing jobs my entire life and have never spoken to someone like that. It’s appalling. I hope she was training and this is her first job so she just has no clue. Otherwise, get a different job. 0/10 booooo 👎👎👎👎
