My husband and I visited on Valentine's Day and because we failed to make a reservations we were only able to get a seat at the bar....and what a treat it was! The restaurant was BUSY with a line out the door....yet we got the best seats in the place! Not only did we receive super fun, friendly ,speedy and personalized service accompanied by some great food( risotto balls short rip and lobster ravioli...yummm!) but we got to watch the bartender( I believe her name is Kasha) slay the drinks away like we have never seen before... to say she was impressive would be an understatement ( and she was doing it with a smile ). She made us some Cupid themed specialty drinks which from the presentation to the flavor were simply heavenly.
What a great experience we can't wait to go back!
My husband and I came for Valentine’s day, we were so excited to try this restaurant as it’s close to our home and I read great reviews. Food was really incredible, as well as the atmosphere. However, the service was horrifying. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that it was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was busy. Yet, our server checked in on us only once, and that was to take our order. She did not check in on us to ask if we needed refills, how the food was tasting, nothing. Not a single check in. We were seated for nearly an hour and not a single check in. Yet the tables around us got her undivided attention repeatedly. Not to mention that we did not receive the appetizer we asked for, and by the time I was able to flag her down, we wanted to just grab the check and leave. I would come again, as the food was great, and loved the ambience.Yet, not overall thrilled with the first experience we encountered with service.

We were there for a banquet type party...the food choices were varied and served promptly..the portion size was adequate..the desserts were the most scrumptious part of the meal..

Amazing presentation! Our experience was top top Service from Tom at the Bar ..from Tom asking the Chef to cook a dish a little differently from the menu to making us feel like part of the Tavolo Family .

Went to Tavolo for lunch during Restaurant Week since it’s close to my house and ended up finding out they offer the same 3-course lunch special every week for $19.95, which is honestly a great deal.
The food was really good and flavorful across the board. Everything tasted fresh and well made, from the salad to the pasta to the cheesecake. It felt like a legit sit-down lunch, not a watered-down special.
Tom took great care of me and was awesome. Overall a really solid lunch spot and definitely somewhere I’d go back to, Restaurant Week or not.
