  The staff here thinks that "Al Fresco" style tacos simply mean "no cheese." much to my dismay they failed to deliver the Al Fresco tacos with the required pico de gallo. Just regular tomatoes with lettuce. That's a training issue. Too bad, I really love pico, and to me it's worth making the negative review. ALSO my nacho fries were cold and soggy. Order # 208, store #040877, 2/20/2026 at 4:53 pm. I'll probably never go here again. The cost of things is getting too expensive to simply shrug-off the complete failure of this order.

  Its sad because the workers are great but no matter how good yhey are it doesn't make the quality of the food any better. The taste of the actual beef isn't as good as it was, and I feel it's like that every where even burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway, Domino's,pizza hut its like they all are sub mid now... Especially taco Bell that stuff tastes as bad going down as it feels coming out the next morning 😂😂😂

  Typically okay food and service. A good go-to when youre looking for something fast. Typically issues are handled quickly and efficiently. But the last 2 times I went both had major issues.. one was over a 2 hour wait for a few tacos and the other was a long black curly hair in my taco, I nearly puked on spot. I did report the order and never heard anything back even after requesting a response. That alone tells me the cleanliness of this location is not being taken seriously... I will be taking business elsewhere, I recommend others do the same.
