The 3 people on the line were too busy talking rather than making orders and on top of the older lady at the end of the line was touching her face , nose and rubbing her bare arm like she had an itch with her gloves on then proceeded to touch food. Absolutely disgusted on top of a 25 minute wait just to received food thrown in my bag not even wrapped correctly. Do better

Anytime I walk in to pick up an order there are about 5 people working and although they look up and make eye contact with me, no one ever so much as acknowledges I’m there or offers a “well be right with you”. I’ve watched a manager standing around just walk right over a burrito on the floor. My visit at this location tonight was different. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter. The staff was polite and friendly. While waiting for my order I took note that there was an employee sweeping the floor in the work area instead of what I’ve witnessed in so many other locations where they just leave food all over the floor. I can’t speak on the food as I was only picking up an order for a customer so I gave 3 stars on the food to symbolize neutral. It was very nice to walk in and be given customer service unlike any Taco Bell I’ve picked up from before.
