Perhaps they are closing this location or continuing to delay the facelift which is sorely needed at this location. Other Stop & Shop locations are much better condition. This store is not particularly well cared for. On a scanned positive note, the pharmacy is a small pharmacist are generally helpful. The only downside to this pharmacy is that the hours are quite limited comparative to other pharmacies for example they close at 5 o’clock on the weekends. I don’t open until 9 AM though unlike CVS I feel more comfortable speaking with the pharmacist here as CVS is typically so busy. They have to speak so loud when communicating with customers that it appears that others in the store will hear your business when the pharmacist is speaking with you. Stop & Shop does not typically have this issue, though they do not do much to attempt to isolate the customer from others who may be waiting in to communicate or pick up prescriptions. In other words, they have not put any effort into isolating a current customer at the pharmacy with others who may be waiting luckily, the pharmacy is not typically busy. However, this would be helpful if they thought about the privacy of their customers with communicating with the pharmacist HIPAA at CVS is an afterthought much less so at shop and drop. The head pharmacist Alan is extremely punctual and knowledgeable.

This lady either she is at customer service or at registered she is aways pleasant and sweetie . willing to help and never seems upset like a few of them. Today she was at register four her name is nicole and again love going to her very pleasant .
