You can also choose between ordering inside, using the drive thru, or the carhop. It's a very popular location so sometimes you have to wait 5-10 minutes, which is understandable. The people who take my order and the carhop have always been very polite and professional. This is for sure one of my favorite Warwick fast food locations.

The staff is always super friendly even if they occasionally mux up things on an order. If something is wrong, though, they always make it right, so check your order thoroughly before you leave. If you leave without telling them, then it's kinda on you.
