  The first time my daughter and I ever ordered from here the food was really good. Everything was fine. We've since ordered a couple other times and today being the last time. I ordered a little over $60 worth of food for myself my daughter and her boyfriend. It was two pizzas breadsticks and Oreo bites. One pizza was supposed to be Hawaiian the other was supposed to be pepperoni. For some reason it came to me with black olives so I immediately called and the manager gave me such an attitude on the phone. He said he didn't know what to do. So I simply said how can you be a manager but not know what to do in a situation like this. He started huffing and puffing on the phone. And offered no help or assistance. Then a couple minutes later said that he was going to refund me for the olive pizza and I said okay I'd like to order a pepperoni pizza so the kids can have theirs and he absolutely 100% refused to take my order on the phone. He said if I wanted to order a pepperoni pizza I was going to have to go online and order it online and he was not going to take the order. That is some disgusting behavior. Is a manager you might think that he would have better customer service skills and know how to deal with different situations accordingly. I ended up having to place another order online and theres an order minimum. Instead of him correcting the mistake I was made to spend over $20 on top of spending over $60. I 100% will not be ordering from here ever again and it truly is a shame because my daughter and I very much enjoyed this place. The photo that I have attached is the pepperoni pizza that I had to go back and order because they sent me the wrong one. I'm pretty sure he knew that it was my pizza and that I had been the one who was talking to him on the phone and not only did he insult me and was disrespectful on the phone but this is the pizza that he sent me to give the kids. I paid a delivery driver twice I paid for two different orders just for it to look like this when it got here. So embarrassing. I'm going to put an update for my review from yesterday. The general manager just called me harassing me yelling at me on the phone because he's not happy with the review that I left. I don't think that a business should be able to reach out and harass a customer because they don't like the review that was put online. My review was an honest review I did not order black olives like they are insisting I ordered pepperoni but somehow got black olive. I don't think I have ever been to such a shity establishment in my life. Management is absolutely 100 percent disrespectful and rude. The general manager seems to have a little man complex and likes talking down to women. Absolutely appalled.

  Pizza was hot and fresh. 2 stars because the pizza truly was not good overall. The sauce was watery and weak…store bought frozen pizzas, even Elio’s, taste better than this did. Waited years to try Papa John’s. Just happened to be passing through the area, but didn’t anticipate it would be this disappointing. At least it was hot and fresh.

  I've got food here 4 times so far, 3 of those times it was so friggin good 👍👍 way better than dominoes, pizza hut, lil ceasers, pizza king, twisted,papa ginos, and pizza plus.... But there was 1 time when the pizza was under cooked and the guys seemed very annoyed when i picked up my pizza because I live a lil to far gor delivery. So for me it's still worth driving there to pick up because its that friggin good

  I don’t know if it is the manager but o went to pick up my pizza and needed to change the sauce that comes with the pizza for my mom and the worker comes to the front with a mouth full of food chewing and giving a rude attitude I asked him about changing the sauce and I apologized for the inconvenience and he was huffing changed the sauce and gave me an attitude I left and said thank you and happy new years and he said nothing. I think this guy needs to treat customers correctly and learn some manners.
