The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and seemed more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. My order took much longer than expected, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with an attitude instead of a solution. Good customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope management takes the time to properly train staff so future customers are treated with respect and efficiency.
