BUT I was having a bad day one time, and I got an extra chicken nugget AND they upgraded my small fry to a medium. Not BECAUSE I was having a bad day, it was a coincidence, but man, it helped.
- PSPat S6 days ago5.0I don't normally get takeout, let alone McDonald's, but I wanted to leave this five-star review for the gentleman who took my order and helped me use the McDonald's app. He was very respectful, cool, relaxed, helpful, and genuinely sounded like he enjoyed his job, so I appreciate it. It sounded like a young man. He should get a raise. The person took my order was at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6th. Hopefully that helps, so management can recognize his efforts.
