    HORRIBLE. Ordered on the app and it claimed there was an “error” in the payment method but had 0 problem with taking the money out, and when i called the resturant attempting to rectify the issue i was met with an error signal repeatedly. this is the second time in the past month i have had an issue ordering from this location.

    I visited this location on the evening of October 7, 2025, and it was hands down the most unprofessional McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. After sitting through an outrageously long drive-thru line, I was finally met with a cold, unwelcoming employee. When I asked to speak with the manager, things went from bad to worse. The manager on duty (white male with glasses, around 8 PM) was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unfit for a customer-facing role. Despite placing an order over $50, I was told I could only receive one sauce unless I paid extra - a ridiculous and inconsistent policy that feels like it depends on staff mood rather than any real standard. When I raised the issue politely, I was met with attitude and zero accountability. I ultimately cancelled the entire order due to the blatant disrespect, though I kept the fries for my kids - which turned out to be cold, stale, and nearly inedible. This location is a disaster - poorly managed, customer-hostile, and apparently proud of it. From inconsistent policies to disrespectful staff, it’s clear this store operates far below even basic standards. Judging by the number of similar complaints in the reviews, this isn't an isolated case - it’s a pattern. Avoid this location if you expect decent service, quality food, or to be treated like a human being.
