Needed a place for lunch in Rhode Island to add to my visited states list, Iron Works popped up with good reviews so figured we’d stop.
The food did not disappoint! Burger was a little bit sloppy in the sense it would fall apart as I ate it, but I usually suck at eating burgers so it’s probably on me. However, it was very well flavored. I opted to the truffle fries, for an extra fee, and it was so worth it! Our waiter was good as well, very friendly and often checked in as well.
If I’m ever in RI again, I’d totally come back!

Usually I love this place. Tonight, not so much. Burger was completely undercooked. The sauce was a drop on top, which added no flavor.
Worst part, the lady bartender (lisa?) who was managing the wait lost for the bar- literally telling people "don't give up your chair." So, I made joke and said I'll auction mine", to which she responded. "Yeah, dont or ill kick you!"
Seriously, shes rude and clearly thinks its okay to talk like trash to customers.
Also, I wrote this from the bar because she so unprofessional I didn't want to wait!

I have tried this restaurant previously with my family and it was quite good. However, I ordered today while traveling for work and received the most disgusting burger and fries I have ever had. It was inedible. The fries were cold and tasted like a salt brick. The burger was cooked at the wrong temperature and the bun was soaked in grease, the tomato was floating in the grease. Absolutely disgusting waste of money. Fast food would have been better.

IronWorks in Warwick RI was Perfect for our Rehearsal Dinner
We had a wedding block at the Hilton Garden Inn, so it made perfect sense to consider Iron Works for the Rehearsal Dinner, and I’m glad we did. The private event room on the second floor was the perfect size and atmosphere for our group of 30. The staff was great, and the food was phenomenal. It was very easy to choose from their menu what we wanted hot served appetizers, our main meal (3 choices), and desserts. There was also a form to complete a few months in advance that covered pretty much everything you could think of, including centerpieces, signs, easels, etc. And because it was attached to the hotel where guests were staying, no one had to drive. Highly recommend IronWorks for events such as rehearsal dinners.

Most delicious burger I’ve ever had. I met a fried here for a late lunch and had the wood-grilled burger. The atmosphere was comfortable and warm, the staff members were friendly and courteous, and the food was incredible. I had pretty high expectations based on the reviews I had seen of Iron Works, but the experience I had there surpassed them all. I almost feel a bit silly raving about how great a cheeseburger was, but it was just that outstanding; I was blown away by how perfectly the burger was prepared and how delicious it tasted. It was absolute melt-in-your-mouth perfection that was clearly prepared with exceptional care, pride, and attention to detail. I’ll certainly be back here again!
