Called store to have issue addressed, they offered to give fries if we drove all the way back. Upon returning to store, discovered we were handed regular fries upon returning back home for the second time.

Our server Timothy was an absolute gem. Very kind, he could tell we had a long day and really brought the energy. The whole crew’s energy was so upbeat for a rainy Northeastern day. Then I get sternly corrected that I was doing pick ups wrong even though at no point did anyone say the words "What can we do for you" So I guess you're just supposed to walk in and shout at them "I came for a pick up" What an uncomfortable place to visit. Food was at least on par with other Five Guys.
