  Make sure you check your drinks before leaving here, since they renovated.... I'll start this rant by saying: I like most of the people that work here. They are generally pretty cool. - Never really had an issue until now. - But recently, they seem to be too lazy to fill their new sugar machine in the afternoon. I’ve gone multiple times this week to get my coffee fixed. Today I had to go back again. I told the girl who originally made it that it didn't taste right, and as if they have no sugar. The girl(Someone I have rarely seen.), just glared at me, took the coffees, and attempted* to remake them. She then proceeded to sit there, and open single sugar packets.... Rather than just filling the machine that actually gives the correct amount of sugar, and dispenses it at the push of a button… (It was just a huge waste of everyone’s time. . . Especially since it was still wrong.) - Needless to say, this is the last thing I want to deal with after working an 11hr shift. As a bonus: When she remade it, she basically gave me a cup of ice, and didn't even fill what little coffee that fit in there, to the top of the cup. So at the end of my visit(s) today, I paid almost $5 for a large cup of ice, a 1/4 cup of coffee, and an incorrect amount of sugar, twice... I will say however; When I went back to get my coffee fixed previously this week; They were friendly and accommodating. When they remade it, they refilled the machine and got it right. I understand that mistakes can happen once in a while. But, this is now the 3rd time it's been wrong, this week... Not because of any mistake, but pure laziness. They know the machine is empty... It's not acceptable.

  Those coffee and food were not very good at all Cold uncooked served without all the ingredients served cold and not cooked all the way.

  Genuinely think they like to make things wrong on purpose the only people who don’t mess up are the kids that work the afternoon luckily I’ll be moving soon and won’t have to come back I’ll let you guys judge if this is edible. Don’t come here lol

  I loved the customer service from your worker Faith she has such good energy and made my day one hundred percent better i will be coming back every day just for her wonderful customer service

  Despite the one rude guy in the morning who clearly hates his job EVERYONE here is fantastic and so kind. Especially the kids in the afternoon, they are my favorite and never have a bad attitude and always greet me with a smile and my order is ALWAYS correct when they make it. Give them a raise lol <3
