  They have poor service and can be rude. I will not return there because they consistently fill up my latte only half or three quarters full then unapologetically & snidely tell me that's the way the machine makes it. They charge way too much money for that.

  These people do not know how to do their job. They do not know how to make drinks and are always out of everything. How hard is it to make a cookie butter cold brew correctly when it’s only 3 ingredients? Somehow they still manage to mess it up missing multiple items each time. This is the second time in this last week they’ve messed my order and it’s getting ridiculous.

  On the morning of Wednesday 10/22/25 I had got the wrong coffee and sandwich, I asked for a remake and I told the girl it was supposed to have extra ice. She replied “ girl I know how to make coffee” when I asked for her name due to her wearing a Nike shirt, and no name tag. She then ripped her jacket off and ran outside to threaten me. I had my 3 year old daughter in the backseat and I am 8 months pregnant or I would have stayed and called the cops. Me and my child were both quite shaken up about this threat and situation. The manger ( Colby) told me her name was “ Sabrina”. Nobody helped me or stopped the employee. I have emailed corporate and requested a call back. This was not okay and I pray this doesn’t happen to any other customers especially a pregnant customer with a child present.
