- JBJulia BarlowOct 22, 20251.0On the morning of Wednesday 10/22/25 I had got the wrong coffee and sandwich, I asked for a remake and I told the girl it was supposed to have extra ice. She replied “ girl I know how to make coffee” when I asked for her name due to her wearing a Nike shirt, and no name tag. She then ripped her jacket off and ran outside to threaten me. I had my 3 year old daughter in the backseat and I am 8 months pregnant or I would have stayed and called the cops. Me and my child were both quite shaken up about this threat and situation. The manger ( Colby) told me her name was “ Sabrina”. Nobody helped me or stopped the employee. I have emailed corporate and requested a call back. This was not okay and I pray this doesn’t happen to any other customers especially a pregnant customer with a child present.
