My checkout was the same, relatable, engaging and polite, also with a smile. I grabbed a coffee to go @drive thru 12:29 PM January 1st 2026. Customer service like that is rare. Happy New Year!

They went to the back for two minutes, came back with the exact same coffee and told us to have a good day. Absolutely unbelievable.
