    Late night shift lady is great! Think her name is Hong. Very funny and makes good coffee. But the music is so disturbingly loud!! Couldn’t hear myself think. Definitely need to turn it down like 10 notches.

    Our first stop coming from San Diego. I used their Kiosk to order the $6 meal with hash browns. When my other arrives I was charged $9 (what's this California?) without the hash brown. When I asked why is that, they said they having issues with their Kiosk machine. Won't recommend this Dunkin Donut place and I love Dunkin.

    Don’t order from the kiosk! If you do, they will clear out the entire line of people before they make your drink. I had to leave without the drink I paid for to make my flight.
