- MSMaryanne SmithersNov 16, 20251.0The older woman working was very rude and argumentative! The young lady taking orders didn’t seem to know the products or what we ordered. They said they have “no food” they said they have “ no hot chocolate” and then proceeded to give my husband the completely wrong drink! We settled for one donut each and they were both stale! The absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I will be sticking with Starbucks from now on!

After having to make a second change to my order due to out-of-stock items, she apparently decided that whatever was on her phone was more important than taking care of customers or helping her only employee making drinks. The only reason I'm leaving more than one star is that my coffee was good once finally made, ane I hope the poor girl that was running around gets better leadership soon.
