  Just wanted to share an experience i had at this location today. My food was great! But what I wanted to write about was the young man helping an elderly couple ahead of me. He was extremely patient ( it was clear this was thier first chipotle experience) and did a really good job offering suggestions and assisting them with thier order. I have for sure seen situations where staff would get frustrated or annoyed but he made it seamless for them made thier first experience a positive one!

  I'm a huge Chipotle fan in general. This was my first time eating at this particular location and I'm pretty sure it will be my last. The restaurant was filthy. Food and trash all over the floor and on tables. There didn't seem to be enough staff to manage the restaurant, even though when we were there, there were only 2 other tables with guests and like 1 other person in line. The ice machine was broken so drinking warm soda wasn't especially pleasant. I seriously nearly wiped out on my ass by slipping on a drink lid that was on the floor with all the other trash. The utensil bins were empty, some hot sauces had no lids. It really was the filthiest Chipotle i've visited. The cashier also took my receipt and threw it away without offering it to me first, which I thought was inappropriate. I had to ask for the cup for the drink I paid for.

  Visited yesterday. Restaurant was extremely dirty. Food was bottom of barrel, the left over bottom of all pans. I was there at 630. Ice machine was broken, lids and utensils not stocked. Floor with food and trash. Almost fell on a lid on the ground. Bathroom was very dirty. The cashier didn't even offer me a receipt instead immediately took it off register and crumbled it up and threw it away with out asking. I was confused by the cost of my meal, but couldn't reference a receipt because employee decided to just toss and when I asked why my meal cost as much as it did compared to what was on the board I was very rudely explained why. This chipotle could definitely do better. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Manager or shift leader or someone was clearly in a bad mood. Rude and frantic at the register. Talked to his employees like crap. They were all clearly aggravated and having trouble. We sat and ate, were there maybe 10 minutes when he came up to us and said the dining room closed at 10:30 (it was 10:33) I said no big deal, we can be gone in a couple seconds, just had to pack the food up. He walked away, said whatever out loud about 5 feet from me, I told him I was confused why he was mad, as I was trying to be nice to him about it. He then accused my cousin (who wasn’t) of being intoxicated, tried to fight him and told him to get out. Altogether a weird experience. Not sure why he escalated the way he did but definitely don’t recommend this location considering what happened 😂 would appreciate if corporate would reach out considering I couldn’t find a number but either way maybe just stay clear

  I can say I had a good experience here. Just left the gym and walked into Chipotle, ordered a carne asada bowl and as she was putting my veggies on (near the end) I asked if she can add a scoop of chicken. She didn’t mind doing that, which I was very thankful for because she was doing two bowls at the same time because I ordered a pork bowl as well. My go to post gym meal!
