I then requested tenders, but was told those were unavailable as well. I asked for a refund, and the staff assured me it was processed back to my card. However, the refund never posted to my account. To make matters worse, the restaurant was out of receipt paper, leaving me with no proof of the transaction. Please review this matter and ensure my refund is issued promptly. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding the quality concerns I experienced during my visit.
