  Idk if they are short staffed so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but the wait was absurd. The line being long isn’t an issue, it was the pace at which it moved. There is one person on assembly line and everyone else doing pick up orders which is fine, but there needs to be a better split with labor between pickup orders and in person orders.

  I’m never one to leave reviews but my experience here tonight was beyond ridiculous. Watching 3 employees let the cook (who is high as a kite btw) know they are out of all proteins (5 separate times) and he continued to stand there not making any food is crazy. i’ve never seen someone move so slow in my life, truly. they turned away 5 customers because of the lack of any protein option. not only this they have a million people waiting for orders for pick up and for people who dined in. how can you only have one cook who is virtually useless during dinner time? make it make sense and do better! luckily the employees making the bowls and the cashier was delightful

  it was my first time ever at cava and i had the BEST experience, lexus was an absolute dream, she told me what was the best and gave great recommendations and was just so so so nice to talk to!!! highly recommend going and talking with her she was amazing!!!

  Poorly run, poor service. Was turned away last night with 90 minutes still left to closing, by unapologetic staff who claimed not to have refills of most things, and actually encouraged us to leave. Also, stay away from the black lentils, they have been inedible, almost raw, on many occasions.

  This one looks like the just wanted to get it up fast..its smaller and parking is a nightmare. Its in a bad location. No real, easy way to get in and out of. The food here is not as fresh as it is in the other ones and it's newer so this is odd even though CAVA has a thing for making their new ones amazing and then dropping off afterwards. The plate here was about half the sizes it was anywhere else and it's $17 with taxes the bowl should be filled to the brim. Maybe they just got too big for themselves too fast and they don't have enough quality managers around to do the job appropriately, would be my ultimate guess. During a Monday lunch which should be one of the slower of the week they were out of cucumbers, mixed vegetables and the onions and tomatoe. Aka 30 % of the bowl. Thats crazy at a lunch time at 1130am. Maybe at 7:00 p.m. that makes sense but at 11:30 it absolutely does not it's a dropping of the ball by management and everyone there. CAVA will go down quick if this is how they want to do it. Amazing, maybe the top fast food around for quick food, to going downhill a notch every time you're there. Last but not least it's filthy there. I guess management there does not believe in cleaning up. I won't be back to this one unless they make some changes and want me to come back and do another review.
