  Food was fresh and super flavorful with great portion size. Staff was super helpful and the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be coming back soon!

  This place is incredible! I used to go to Cava in Boston and was jumping of excitement when I drove by this location in Warwick!! Not only is the food incredibly delicious and healthy but the service was top tier. The employee who made my bowl, Chanell, was a joy to interact with, she was kind, efficient and made great recommendations!! Thank you again Chanell. Then when I was paying I heard the manager, Paul, helping another customer who was frustrated because a DoorDash driver took her bowl and never delivered it. I observed Paul handle the situation with professionalism and empathy and instantly made that customer feel heard! Let’s just I walked in happy and left feeling on top of the world 🌎!!! Thank you Cava Warwick :)

  I ordered cava on uber eats expecting an amazing bowl and instead i got an entirely different bowl. They got the wrong protein, greens, dips, and it just tastes terrible. Why do I bother to select what I want when they're just going to give me what they want. And this is not uber eats fault. This is cavas fault. I didn't want eggplant dip at all or falafel, or super greens, or the wrong hummus. that's disgusting all together. i wanted the bowl that I ordered and spent money on.

  I never do this but I was so unhappy with our visit today. The girl at the counter stopped between taking my order and my husband's to pick up her cell and text back and forth for a few minutes. Then she proceeded to make us both the wrong bowls including ingredients that we specifically ordered without because of dietary issues. She honestly paid zero attention to what she was doing and couldn't have cared less. I'm really hoping she's just having a bad day and this hasn't what to expect from now on.

  I usually love Getting Uber eats from this healthy option. However, today after paying $28 for one bowl of food there was no chicken in what was a harissa honey chicken bowl. I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I could go in there. I was unable to go in. So there was “nothing they could do.” $28 Is a lot to leave out the main ingredient of the bowl.
