  I came to Carrabba’s on Valentine’s Day, and it was busier than I’ve ever seen before. The parking lot was completely full and I expected a long wait. But to my surprise, we were seated within 5 minutes. The food was great as always (Chicken Bryan for the win) and everything came out fresh and delicious. What really made the experience stick out was the service. Our server, Kayla, was impeccable- she was fast, attentive and genuinely kind. She was especially kind and patient with my 8 year old, which meant a lot. Despite how busy the restaurant was, everything ran smoothly and the food came out timely. The staff handled the Valentine’s Day rush really well. I’ll be back, as I always am!

  0/10 Never again Ordered takeout and got the driest chicken parm ever. Little to no sauce at all. Thinest slices of chicken tastes like fried breadcrumbs. Feeling kind of robbed. Meatballs were awful. Tastes like frozen meatballs out of a bag. Very disappointing.

  We went for lunch during the week and sat at the bar. The bar staff, Cindy, was very personable and friendly. We had the sandwich special which was good. My only complaint was that both sandwiches had very little filling and lots of bread. The bread and oil served when we sat down was lovely.

  I recently visited the Warwick location and was looking forward to having mussels. Much to my disappointment, you no longer have them on the menu.They were the best I've ever had. Please consider putting them back on your menu. I can't be the only one who feels this way. Thank you for your consideration.

  This is one of my husband and I’s favorite restaurants! We live in Connecticut and travel over an hour just to eat here. The service and food is always top notch! Worst thing for us is struggling not to fill up on the bread before we get our delicious food… 😋 Brian was excellent!
