  We visited this BWW location tonight and we have mixed feelings about our experience. Upon arrival at 9:00pm we were greeted by the host and immediately told there was a 20-30 minute wait for a table. When I said that was okay and we would wait, she followed up by saying that there would also be an extended wait time for food to be ordered and brought out due to a high volume of to go orders. Still we decided to wait. Not 5 minutes later she called our party to be seated. She walked us through the dining area which was 95% empty but in compete disarray. There were more dirty/cluttered tables than clean ones and the floor had large amounts of debris scattered all over. We reached our table and were immediately greeted by a friendly server who offered us drinks and appetizers. Both of which came out rather quickly. We ordered our meals when the Apps arrived. The food was great! We really enjoy everything, the server was attentive and friendly. However, there was a family sitting near by that a couple of the staff members seemed to know, and they were pretty disruptive. There was a toddler who kept running all over the entire restaurant. At first the adults would collect him, then they seemed to be running around with him. They had clearly been done eating for a bit. I found it very bizarre that none of the staff members attempted to intervene or stop the disruption. It was cute at first but quickly became annoying as my family and I were trying to enjoy ourselves. We felt as if the host was trying to deter us from dining in. I know that sounds so strange but the way she talked about the wait and the additional wait for food, and then almost immediate sat us and we received our food fairly quickly. We enjoyed the food and friendly service, but I do hope management strives to improve the other stuff! Oh and the bathrooms were also a gross mess. 1 out of 3 stalls were usable and even then I debating on just waiting til I got home…

  Customer service always nonexistant. Whatever time they tell you your order will be ready to pickup you need to add at least 20 mins and MAYBE it'll be ready by then.

  When picking up online orders expect to sit and wait for 20 minutes in a dead store while the staff sit on their phones

  Front person lady was rude. It took her like 20 minutes to come take my take order. She was sitting everyone else and given orders and leave me last to tell she didnt know how long my order of 6 wings was gonna take but that it will be a while. I understand you are busy but serve people in the order they are coming in.
