    I placed an online order for my family and me yesterday, which provided a pickup time. I arrived about 15 minutes late, and upon checking in, I was immediately told there was a severe delay and that I would need to wait an additional 30–45 minutes. When I asked if there was any way to get an update on when my order would be ready, I was told no. In total, I ended up waiting 55 minutes once there, which was extremely frustrating—especially since no one followed up with any updates during that time. To me, good customer service means keeping customers informed, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the food wasn’t even hot, suggesting it had been sitting for some time. I would strongly suggest that management communicate more proactively with customers during delays and consider offering a discount or some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

    Went with 10 friends Saturday night and had to go to another restaurant because they were under staffed. They told us it was a 2 hour wait, but there wasn't that many people there. Lots of open tables. BWW, Warwick, better figure out their staffing or they'll be oub!

    We went to watch the UFC card this afternoon. It was not overly busy, definitely not as busy as it is for the night time cards. Food was great but the server we had straight up lied to my brother and I telling us she was leaving work soon so she had to check us out. This was around 240pm so it didn’t make much sense to me because they opened at 11am today. But I don’t ask questions because that’s not my business. She gave us our check we paid and tipped. She proceeds to take her tip and leave us there to watch the rest of the UFC card. She did not leave she was there for the rest of the whole card (from when we were given our check until the time we left about 530ish) leaving us in the corner with no service. I asked one of the other servers in the building walking around for some drinks and he said hold on a second. He proceeded to go on a wild goose chase trying to find our server who was running around serving other tables when she previously told us she had to leave. He finally finds her and tells her something pointing over to our table and she shakes her head no. The server I asked proceeded to walk past my table about 15 more times completely ignoring us for the next 3 fights. I was never given a drink nor was my brother, we were completely ignored for about 3 hours. If I could take my tip back I would, not sure what the 2 servers names were but if I ever go there again and get either of them I will call for a manager and ask to get a new server or to be moved from the table to get a new server. Horrendous service and I’ve never experienced that at a bdubs before.

    We visited Buffalo Wings on a Saturday night and noticed there were only two servers working, which is far too few for the number of customers that night. Because of this, it took about 15 minutes just to place our order. The restaurant was very busy, which made the wait longer, but the servers were amazing and provided excellent service despite the rush.
