  This is the main Dunkin I've gone to in the area for years because the service is good and there's usually no issues with the food or drinks. Twice this past month I've been given food that's been sitting on their counter from old orders. As someone who has worked in food service I know that cold and stale feeling it has when it's been sitting for a while. It's one thing to do it with pastries, but it's another thing to do it with hot food items that are more perishable than a pastry and supposed to follow certain food safety protocols.

  Employees are miserable, ignore customers & have nasty attitudes. Very loudly talking about customers, food is never made correctly. Drinks are almost always disappointing. Hot coffee is never fresh. I heard the manager over here was selling people expired food a few weeks ago. Expired food is a great way to lose business because I made sure to let everyone I know about this & they all no longer visit. Terrible business practices here
