Today a young woman was extremely rude to me. I’d estimate she’s around 5ft, light brown coil curls. I told her an issue about being charged for the item they were out of and I got something less than half the price instead. When I explained at the speaker, I paused to give her a moment to respond and in an annoyed tone really said “…okay.” Maybe you should, offer a solution, apology, SOMETHING? So I said “I don’t know what’s easier to give me another one or refund it…” I realized a second one was still under the total of what I paid and asked for an additional. Which I think would have been around 40¢ loss on their end. Or I could pay the difference or give me a refund… She was arguing with me, and giving me the before price of one item and the after tax item of the one I actually got. I’m trying to explain to her and she’s just overtaking me the entire time I couldn’t get a word out. Then she’s like “well do you just want a refund?!” So I agreed to that then when I get to the window, it continues, rudeness, overtaking, she wanted the item I did get back. Then lies while still being rude and verbally aggressive. She said she would have given me two, and that she had said that at the speaker. I didn’t believe she did, and told her that. When we left, my passenger confirmed she never said that and just kept overtaking. She finally gives me my refund and I just say “thank you have a good day.” Not meaning it in a condescending way. Maybe it came across that way because I think I was dumbfounded at the whole interaction? She then yells at me from a counter a bit away from the window something like “yea, you have a good day too. A better one. Clearly you need it.” Not sure what this chicks issue is but she needs a reality check, and possibly a psychological evaluation. …okay that was mean. But on a serious note, her behavior isn’t acceptable, makes her look quite unhinged. Shes going to have quite a bit of trouble in the workforce and not be advancing anywhere in life if she can’t get her emotions in check and act her age. I can’t imagine being that aggressive over literally nothing. The name on the receipt said Cassie - not positive if that is whom this lovely interaction was with.

As someone who also works in fast food service I REALLY understand the need to be fast. But if someone is paying this much money on food or drink at least do the bare minimum to do it good or decent. The sticker tells you exactly how many pumps to put on the drink, and still end up making something sweet taste like I am drinking acid. This doesn't just happen with drinks, even when ordering an extra egg on a sandwich they still mess it up. I am sadly not born with the ability to fart out money so I believe I have the right to complain when I am paying extra and still don't get what I am paying for. Of course this is not everyone who works here, I am sure many at least try and mistakes will always happen when working under pressure. But I am not really a fan of going to Dunkin and feeling like I am playing a roulette to see if my order is gonna be made good or bad.

Crew needs to learn the difference between a blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip muffin. Twice in one week I received the wrong muffin.

They rush when there are no cars in the drive thru, & mess up your order. They don't know the difference between milk & cream. Your coffee will not be made correctly! Put 7 creams instead of 7 milks, if i wanted cream i would've gotten 2! It makes if way to milky & light. 5$ down the drain & another 5 wasted for a coffee🙂‍↕️
