- BMBrenda MarcotteApr 17, 20261.0My 12 year old son waited in line 20 minutes to order 2 donuts then waited another 10 minutes in the pickup area, only to be told they had none of those donuts. Then they didn’t give him a refund. I walked back to the counter (2 minutes later) explaining that it was my son that just left because he was told you had run out if the donuts and asked if I could get a refund and I was told I needed to wait in the 20 minute line. I said my son just waited 30 minutes and I’ll miss my flight if I wait and she said “I’m the manager. Get in line!” People in line were saying “we just saw your son here, go ahead and get your refund” and then the manager told me she would call airport security if I didn’t get in line. I said “I’m not being threatening in any way, I’m just asking if I can get a refund after waiting 30 minutes and not getting food and you’re telling me I need to wait another 20 minutes if I want a refund?” Anyway, her name is Chrissy and she’s supposedly the manager. I hope her boss sees this.

They didn’t even want me to replace it with something else. The machine froze and my money wasn’t refunded . The older woman was rude and yelled at me in front of my daughter. She wasn’t even wearing a name tag. So I can’t call to report her either. One star is too much to even give. Do not go there.
