I was paying for two entrees and the cashier accidentally charged me “double steak”. Instead of correcting, she proceeded to dump another scoop of steak on the burrito even though I asked her not to. Not happy to see I got charged an extra $6 for food being forced at me when it wasn’t even ordered. Will not be returning

The manager took a fit and told me I have to pay 2.95 twice. He said I was a privileged person!!! He should be fired for such a bad attitude and treating the paying customer so poorly. I will never go into chipolte again.

He seemed super stressed but I don’t think that’s an excuse to be rude to the customers. He spoke so fast, wouldn’t let me talk, and seemed generally annoyed that I was ordering my food. He seemed to have a problem with the group of teenagers in front of me too.
