- KFKatlyn Fritts4 days ago1.0Placed an online order for all the way back to my destination just to realize they gave me the wrong order with someone else’s name on it. Tried to get a refund on the app, but it wouldn’t allow a refund only a credit. It said to call the store if I wanted a refund so I did and no answer. Now I’m out $15 and lunch on a tight schedule. Good luck getting a correct order or a refund from this location.

I place my order in the drive thru and go up to the window and they tell me it’ll be like a 3 minute wait and to sit in the parking lot with my hazards on and they’ll bring my food out. So I’m now waiting in the parking lot for my food along with 10 other cars. 45 MINUTES goes by and I’m watching everyone else get their food besides me. The whole time I’m waiting for my order the employees are OUTSIDE along with the STORE MANAGER dancing around the parking lot, talking with their friends and obsessing over their loud cars like they’re at a car meet instead of doing their jobs and making people their orders! Literally nothing good to say about this location couldn’t possibly have been treated worse. Not only will I NOT be going back to this location ever again I probably won’t be going back to any Chick Fil A location ever again.
