  On March 7, 2026 at approximately 2:37 PM, I visited the Dunkin’ located at 621 Metacom Avenue in Warren, RI and used the drive-through. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee asked what I would like to order. I politely said, “Can I please have a pineapple refresher with lemonade?” After placing my order, there was silence for about 30 seconds. Because I did not hear any response or confirmation, I assumed my order had gone through and drove up to the window to pay. When I arrived at the window, an employee named Natasha opened the window holding my drink and said with an attitude, “Is this all you’re ordering since you want to drive off?” I was confused and said, “Excuse me?” I then told her that she should not be speaking to customers the way she was speaking to me. When I said that, she responded, “First of all, you’re the one that started it.” I again tried to explain that I simply drove forward because I did not hear anything through the speaker and assumed my order had gone through. I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me the manager would not be in until Tuesday. When I told her that I would be speaking with the manager about the situation, she sarcastically said, “Good, here you go, congratulations,” as she handed me my drink. She also told me that I should have compassion because there was a new employee taking orders. I want to make it clear that I was not rude or disrespectful while placing my order. I simply drove forward because I did not hear any response and assumed the order had gone through. After this interaction, I parked my car and went inside the store to ask for her name since I had not gotten it earlier. She continued to speak to me with an attitude and said, “I’m not the one.” I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and humiliating. There was another employee present who was wearing glasses. She was very kind and apologized to me for the situation. I appreciated her kindness during what was otherwise a very uncomfortable experience. Because of this incident, I do not plan to return to this location. I believe customers should be treated with respect, and the way I was spoken to today was unacceptable.

  Corey goes above and beyond for customer service! Had an issue another day and he heard and made it up with a smile. Love stopping here for my after work coffee the group here is great

  Inconsistent and the staff is rude. Furthermore, I was told I couldn't use 2 of my free beverage coupons at once when I have done it before. I will be going to another Dunkin.
