Outstanding meal! And with the lovely waitress' suggestion, tried a mocktail despite our skepticism - it was fantastic!!!

Unbelievable and Embarrassing.
My girlfriend and I have really enjoyed the food and venue over the past year having dined here several times. BUT…we had one of the most horrible and embarrassing experiences in our lives this past Saturday when we invited our Newport neighbors to dine with us. I do not know how to even describe the situation because it so so strange. We made reservations for 5:45pm and were very happy with the quality of food and service that was well worth the nearly $400 price tag for the 4 of us. Around 8:15PM, just after we paid the bill, we were met by the manager who told us we had to leave because he had a party that was waiting for a half hour for a table. It was in a rude and matter of fact tone that had us shocked. We all left and were speechless. I don’t think we’re ever going to go back again.

Our group of four enjoyed a wonderful New Year's Eve experience with great service and exceptional food. The simply grilled option was enjoyed by three of our group with exceptional swordfish. Our server was knowledgeable and super efficient, always watching out for our table.

The food was delicious, but even better was the service. This place knows how to accommodate patrons who have complex food allergies. Morgan and the chefs made sure we were safe and satisfied. We can't wait to return.

Our experience was wonderful overall, with one significant issue that persisted throughout the entire evening despite being brought to our server’s attention multiple times. We had made a reservation for outdoor seating, which is tented for winter and heated with high-powered heaters placed at foot level. Immediately upon being seated, we noticed that our table was positioned inches away from the heaters.
The heat was extremely uncomfortable and, at times, unbearable. Having our feet on the ground caused burning discomfort to our legs, and the intense heat even caused our plastic chairs to warm up significantly. We repeatedly asked for the heat to be adjusted or turned off, yet the issue continued. While other guests were moved to different tables, we were never offered the same accommodation.
Being repeatedly apologized to without a meaningful solution, especially while spending over $400 on a special occasion, was very disappointing. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience left us feeling overlooked and not taken seriously.
I would strongly recommend that the business reconsider placing tables so close to the heaters or explore alternative ways to safely and comfortably heat the tented outdoor area. Thank you.
