I would normally rate them a solid 4, but they just canceled my Uber Eats order 40 minutes after it was placed, with a note, “Just can’t get to your order so it’s canceled.” It was not a large order (1 large pizza plus some apps) and we intentionally ordered before the Friday night rush, so this pushed us into the busy window. Not a great experience for my four hungry kids…
