  Ordered via the app. Order was supposed to be ready for 7pm pickup. Total chaos in store. The order wasn't ready until 7:50. Just a mess. Not what I ordered - ordered bowl w chicken got greasy pork and meager portions. Food was borderline inedible. They need a new manager at this store. Staff overwhelmed. Prices are absurd for food this mediocre. Pic attached was supposed to be a veggie full bowl. They refunded both entrees via the app but who wants this?

  This is a Chipotle. It's fast food. The order we placed was almost a full hour late. A restaurant would have to be pretty amazing in order for me to wait an hour to be seated, but I didn't really feel like feeding the employees this evening. Corporate team-- you really dropped the ball with this location. Poor service, poor quality, terrible parking... and the summer isn't even here yet. To be avoided at all costs.

  I’ve been to this location a decent amount, and my most recent visit was definitely disappointing. When I went, it wasn’t busy at all, but the service still felt rushed. My portion of food was noticeably small for the price I paid and compared to what I’m used to. The food was quickly and a bit carelessly packaged and moved to the checkout. The main thing that stood out was the overall atmosphere while I was eating. One of the employees was singing very loudly for a good portion of the time I was there, which made it harder to enjoy my meal, and I ended up finishing it at home. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. In the future, I will most likely try other nearby options for Mexican food.

  Plan to come here if you want your entire meal ruined. I’ve never had such a poor experience at any other chipotle location. When I asked for steak, I was given 3 small pieces. I asked for more and she gave me 2 more. When I finally asked for double meat saying I’d pay for it, she smiled sighed and gave me 3-4 more pieces. That in its own isn’t even a full serving never mind double. She then charged me double TWICE for a total of $21… if I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would.
