  This place needs to do better. Based on recent reviews I know this is an ongoing issue. Waited at stall for 25 minutes with absolutely no answer. At least let me know you'll be with me shortly. Ended up leaving. Disappointing.

  Waited 15 minutes in the stall no one even said hello. Then went to the empty drive thru guy “what do you want” took them 24 minutes to give me my food but never once did they come to the window and let us know it was gonna be a few minutes. I gave this place a second shot because this is exactly what happened last time. Also when he cane to the window to give me the food he slammed the window in my face! Never again and absolutely so rude and uncalled for!

  I waited in the stall after pushing the button for 28 minutes. Not once did someone take my order and I also had to repush the button atleast 4 times. There were 2 people in drive thru lane and 2 cars in the stalls including my car. I proceeded to jump in the drive thru and place my order. I sat at the speaker for 12 minutes before someone finally spoke to me through the speaker. The gentleman was rude without even trying. They advertised 1.99 root beer floats which is an item I wanted but I was informed they had no small cups so I couldn't get the 1.99 size. I then waited another 16 minutes to finally get my food and there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I started the drive thru lane. Very unprofessional. Very slow. This is my first time to this sonic since moving here from Florida and honestly it's left such a bad first impression that I don't think I will come back here.

  Worst Sonic ever. Waited 8 min in empty drive thru to give my order, food was overcooked and dry like it had been sitting out for hours. Milkshake was not stirred, just white with a streak of chocolate. Awful!

  Everytime ive gone, i have to wait maybe 20 minutes just to talk to someone, then another 30 to wait for the food. One of those times, i had a problem with my card and asked them to just ring it inside since the drive in wasn't working...took another 20 minutes, mind you, I was the only one there. Just today I tried one more time, waited 10 minutes when a woman asked her son if the drive through worked. Found out she was waiting 10 minutes herself to order so I just left. There were two people in the kitchen as I drove by...this loca is just unprofessional and makes you wait because why not
