  I waited almost an hour for my food at Panera. I understand there was a fundraiser going on, but most of the workers were standing in the back laughing instead of helping customers or getting orders out. I ordered the You Pick 2, and the bread for my sandwich was ridiculously small. On top of that, my mac and cheese was cold when I got it. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and food quality. I will not be returning to this location again.

  This Panera is dirty. The floor, the ordering kiosk, the tables. After ordering at the kiosk, my shoes were sticking to the floor so I wiped them in the bathroom to clean them.

  I’m writing this review because of the bad experience I had today at Panera. I ordered a steak and wake, which includes steak, scrambled egg and cheese on ciabatta. After waiting 20 mins for the order, I received my “steak and wake” which had just steak and a slice of an onion- no egg included! After bringing this to their attention, instead of making a new sandwich, which should have happened, they plopped a piece of scrambled egg on my plate. Again, they didn’t remake it considering they forgot the egg and added onions. I didn’t have anymore time to argue with them so I assembled my sandwich together by adding the egg and removing the onions, although you could still taste the onion. This isn’t acceptable, an order should be made correctly the first time, and if not, completely redone. I expected it to be made correctly after waiting a long time. I don’t care if it’s too busy to redo it, that is their mistake in the first place.

  Ordered in the drive-through, pulled up to the window and waited 15+ minutes. For a bagel and a black coffee. I didn’t order a wedding cake, I didn’t ask for my tax returns to be done, I ordered a bagel and a black coffee. I paid for it at the window and waited another 15 minutes until I received it and it wasn’t the way I ordered it.

  This place is gross, nothing like the other ones I’ve been too. Expired cream cheese because I got it separate on the side, the bagel was grilled and stale. Coffee you have to make it yourself ? No not into that at all touching everything everyone else touches. No half and half in the bottle. The covers have the hole so it spills all over the place and I didn’t fill it up for the reason. Not worth the price. I will be refunded but that isn’t the point. Clean up your act and the kitchen staff. ******Update on review never refunded on my debit card as promised.
