  Very rude when I had placed an order online. Went to pick it up and the lady told me they didn’t have it and was very rude about and didn’t offer to look at the order or help with a solution

  My husband just went into this location for a coffee. The drive through was busy so he decided to order inside. The staff were extremely rude. No greeting just a "wait" and a few moments of being ignored while the 5 or 6 employees all worked solely on drive through orders. "What do you want?" Was how he was asked. He ordered a medium coffee, when it was handed over my husband thanked the employee she just gave him a nasty look. Never again

  I placed the order and everybody that work there was arguing with each other I was waiting for 30 minutes and didn't get no service after I fully paid for my order I deserve a refund I never received my order with disappointment this is the most unprofessional establishment in the entire Rhode Island you guys should be shut down and ashamed of yourselves
