  Terrible. Only place you will sit for 30min in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead. Seems like all workers are incapable of taking more than a few orders at a time. Shut this place down or get new management

  Was there yesterday morning I would say about 8:30 AM. This new guy was there. He was trying to do what they asked him to do and do all of his baking, and they kept yelling at him to go to other places and then when the stuff was done in the oven, they yelled at him even to get it out, even though he was with a customer because they yelled at him to go upfront, then they yelled at him to make more coffee. It was ridiculous, and I just kept seeing people go outside the other workers and they kept popping on those stupid pens why this kid was trying to do everything by himself. Worst Duncan I have ever been to their staff is rude, crude and obnoxious, and downright cruel

  No wait, guys was friendly enough, maple donut had almost no maple icing on it just a very thin layer. So thin I'm posting a review. To be fair I didn't check the bag before I drove off. Check your bag before you drive off.

  I have never employees that have been soo rude. I went thru the drivethru yesterday and ordered a coffee with two bagel twists and cream cheese. I got home and there was no cream cheese. I then went back thru the driveway and told them what happened and they made it seem like it was my fault that they didn't put it in the bag and they didn't charge me. Every time I go here there is nothing but rudeness and attitude. There is one nice middle aged woman who works there ...all the young ones have attitude. They should be Glad that they have a job in this pandemic
