- DSDonna StoreyNov 5, 20251.0Was there yesterday morning I would say about 8:30 AM. This new guy was there. He was trying to do what they asked him to do and do all of his baking, and they kept yelling at him to go to other places and then when the stuff was done in the oven, they yelled at him even to get it out, even though he was with a customer because they yelled at him to go upfront, then they yelled at him to make more coffee. It was ridiculous, and I just kept seeing people go outside the other workers and they kept popping on those stupid pens why this kid was trying to do everything by himself. Worst Duncan I have ever been to their staff is rude, crude and obnoxious, and downright cruel
