  Wings were rubber. Barely any seasonings on them. One side of a wing would have lemon pepper and the other side would just be plain. Bummer because I’ve been hoping for wing stop to come to RI since moving here 4 years ago. I’ll give the Johnston location a try next time

  FOOD IS MADE FRESH TO ORDER... Apparently, people in RI don't read!!!!! It seems people in RI only want to complain. IT IS NOT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, I understood that and have had zero complaints, and I have eaten there numerous times since they opened.

  I live within walking distance right behind the new complex I've been to this location twice once late at night around 11:00 when I waited an hour for three pieces of tenders and fries. I thought I'd give them another chance so I went back at a earlier time and the same situation 15 people in the kitchen and an hour wait. It's beyond me how anyone could take so long to make fried chicken and french fries that are fried they are at best 5 minutes to make any of these orders and with a staff of 15 people I can't conceive how it's possible to take that long. When I went the first time the Coke machine was broken if you push the lever it would continuously pour out Coke all over you and the counter and floor This is from not cleaning the machine The employees didn't even bother to put a not working sign on that selection. The food is just okay The prices are not that great there are other choices very close by within 1 minute walking lPopeye, KFC (Wendy's and Pollo Campero being built now) but the real reason you should not even consider eating here it is just drive around the back and look how the trash View all Pollo Campero

  Ordered on 12/28 website said 22-27 .minutes pick up time. o.k fine. got to the restaurant and they didn't even start the order! had to stand and wait another hour inside .I get that it's busy but waiting an hour and half for 8 piece combo is beyond ridiculous! Young kids working in slow motion with no sense of urgency.Fix your pick-up times too. if I knew I had to wait for hour and half for wings I wouldn't had even bothered. I was so aggravated that I wasn't even hungry anymore. never coming back!

  Terrible spot. I’ve e gotten wingstop from the Johnston location before and NEVER had any issues. Wanted to try this one since it was closer to home and it went terribly. Wait 1.5 hrs for my delivery order , whatever probably busy. When my food gets delivered Theres a WHOLE bag missing I call the restaurant all they did was apologize and said the other bag was there. Whatever had no option but to drive there and get it. When I get back home there’s NO RANCH !!! like whatttttt who gives chicken wings with no ranch so stupid and on top of that when I bite into my chicken it’s bitter cuz it’s burnt. Worst service ever never going back terrible and when I called the wingstop to let them know of their mistakes all they did was laugh. Do better next time. Terrible service terrible food
