  The place is a disaster area....order for 3 was incorrect, fries were soggy, corn was ice cold and the noise level is through the roof! The store is not clean...litter everywhere. Please spare us all the "Connect with us" canned email responses. The owner should be made to work the front counter for a Friday and Saturday night and see for himself/herself, but I'm sure they already know.

  Ain't no way im spending upwards of $60 and cant even get a courtesy call that what I asked for isnt available (yet my number is needed to even place an order in the app) no contact from management.. you couldn't even tell me before I left the store with my food. No way to contact anybody on the app either. Ridiculous and definitely not worth the money.

  This is my first time at a wingstop. Keishla and Cindy gave such great service. The atmosphere was welcoming. Food came out quickly and the chicken and fries were sooo good, the best!! I’m so glad this was put in my neighborhood ☺️

  This place is a joke . The workers should all be fired .. too busy playing around hitting each other , stealing brownies that they aren’t paying for and acting a fool while there’s about 8 customers waiting . I suggest you get new staff because the way this is going I can see why you only have 3 stars

  If I can give 0 stars I would. 0/5 customer service This establishment is perennially late at getting orders completed on time. I’m not talking 15-20 minutes late… we’re talking 45 minute to 1 hour. To make matters worse, they completely botched the whole order. Just go to buffalo wild wings, or shaws down the street Management needs to lock in. It was like a daycare in there + no employee having an idea what to do and who was on break/wasn’t on break. A complete crap show.
