We get rotting fruit all the time, fruit flies around, out of stock items, unfriendly/unmotivated employees. Their sidewalk is filthy, the employee break picnic area is filthy with trash & cigarette butts & shamelessly the Rat Traps aren't even hidden. I started to go to Barrington or East Providence location

I swear that everyone who works there hates working there. It doesn’t matter if it’s the deli counter ( probably the most miserable working there), checkout people, or customer service, they are always complaining out loud about their schedule, co-workers, or work conditions. The service in the deli is poor. There are always 3 people “working” but only one who ever takes customers. Doesn’t matter the time of day. Those who are “shopping” for online customers must barrel through with carts with no care for customers and when stocking shelves go forbid if you have to walk by and they are in the way. You are made to feel like you are the problem for shopping there. The only bright spot is Pat in the bakery. That is literally it. Customer service training is sorely needed. If it wasn’t for convenience I would go somewhere else.
