This is the second time my child has eaten at this Wendy’s location and experienced vomiting and diarrhea shortly after. After the first incident, I gave the benefit of the doubt. However, after it happened again, I feel obligated to speak up. This raises serious concerns about food handling, storage, or overall hygiene practices at this location. I strongly recommend that management review their food safety procedures immediately. No parent should have to go through this twice. I will also be reporting this to the Rhode Island Department of Health so it can be properly investigated.
