  How hard is it to order a hamburger with just ketchup. My son has an allergy that causes anaphylaxis I am very protective of this for obvious reasons. My order today was a hamberger with ketchup and chicken tenders. Due to AI ordering it came up as a single on their screen. When I got to the drive through to pay I specifically told the cashier ketchup only 3 times on the burger. She handed me my soda and was told to pull up and wait for the tenders. We waited 5 minutes to get the food and when they finally handed it to me I went to check the burger to make sure only ketchup and it was loaded with mayo and ketchup. I realize it is not a big deal but from my point of view I am ordering it a certain way for a reason(the allergy). It was lazy of the person making the burger. They definitely had enough time to get another bun and fix the issue. That one little thing could have ruined alot. They offered to remake the burger but at that point I was done waiting. I threw the burger out when we got home. Be careful when you order from them please. It may cost you more than ya think.

  The food tastes fine, however... #1) they have a "do not enter" sign literally at their entrance, #2) their drive thru box is one of those dumb AI ones that don't work, and #3) we ultimately were missing an item from our order; we shouldn't have to double check the bag before driving off.

  Preparan Las papa muy saladas. Sobre todo hay poca higiene para ser sitio de comida rápida el baño bastante sucio y un mal olor afuera

  I used the Wendy's drive thru today and had to deal with an annoying AI order taker. So much for efficiency, I've never been so aggravated In my life. I basically had to do my order twice, once the menu board and then the human had to correct it at the window. I will not be returning, and I will recommend to all my friends to do the same.
