- ZZZilis2 days ago1.0Lactose intolerant, asked for no cheese and order was messed up after 20 minutes of waiting. Politely asked for it to be fixed and they messed it up again. Utterly useless and I didn’t get a refund or an apology.
- MLMegan LMar 27, 20261.0This McDonalds used to be alright! I’d actually go here instead of N. Main even though I live closer to N. Main. Now the food is gross. It has been cold the last three times I’ve gone. They’re forgetting items, etc. Today a woman working got mad because she couldn’t understand me. I’m from RI, how am I supposed to sound?! 😂

We ordered two Shamrock Shakes, but were first given a frappé latte instead. When we pointed out the mistake, he went back and returned with vanilla shakes, claiming they were out of the Shamrock mix. If the item is unavailable, that should be communicated upfront—not substituted without proper explanation or consent. The entire interaction felt careless and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from returning. Very disappointed.

Cold old burger , meat look old you can tell its been sitting there for at least 2-3hrs before being served and delivered . Done ordering from this McDonalds through delivery or in person . The staff is lazy and rude (all shifts) It’s not hard to make fresh burgers or chicken . Does someone have to get sick before you get your stuff together ???! Just nasty
