    I asked for an order to be cancelled. Employee kept telling me to call food service, and then hung up on me. I didn't order through door dash or Uber!

    I came by for the first time today and I’m pretty unimpressed. The burger is good, but that’s the only good part. The place is very uninviting and sterile inside, which wasn’t helped by the fact that it was FREEZING! Even the employee taking my order was wearing a big puffer coat, indoors! It was so unwelcoming inside that I decided to eat in my car instead. The fries were just okay, kind of limp and sad. And for a $17 combo, there’s no refills on your drink because the soda fountain is behind the counter. All in all I was pretty disappointed. Kind of a lousy experience for an expensive burger.

    Stopped in today for the first time I was mostly impressed. The location is clean, expansive, and has a large and convenient parking lot. I liked that a lot because parking can be a pain in Providence. I ordered a soda, tater tots, and the chicken BLT. My significant other had the brownie shake, regular fries, and Cajun burger. Overall I paid $41 which was a fair price. The food came out quickly and I was mostly impressed. Tots were nice and crispy and the chicken tasted fresh. I thought the sandwiches would have been a little larger but wasn’t displeased with the size. The owner was very friendly and even asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. However, he did ask us to leave a five star review “before we leave” three times as we were finishing up our food. There’s nothing wrong with asking once but I started to feel a little pressured towards the end of our visit.
