I am from Boston and only out here to help my sister through the blizzard. I stopped at this location to get a $7 Supreme Box for my autistic son whose very particular about what he eats. I placed the order and in Boston they ask if you want the cinnamon twists or nacho chips and cheese but this location did not. I went through the drive thru and made sure to mention it to the person. Upon receiving my order I asked for extra sour cream which was my own fault because I should’ve said it but they gave me the cinnamon twists instead of the nacho chips. They asked me to go through the drive thru again to pay $.97 for the extra sour cream and I did. Once I place my order the extra sour cream I mentioned the cinnamon twists again. I get to the window and pay my $.97 but I’m asked to go inside for the nacho chips. I do because I’ll do anything to get my son’s correct but they took the cinnamon twists I already paid for and charged extra for chips and cheese. It’s usually an easy substitute in Boston. If the cinnamon twists are already included in the order why take it? I understand paying extra for more food but if I already paid for something why take it? I only complain about this because I feed the less fortunate in my area and that could’ve been a dessert or meal for one of the individuals but instead it was trashed.

The employees at this location are wonderful! They're always friendly and efficient. Everyone I've interacted with in the drive thru deserves a raise! Maybe I'm just blessed by the Taco Bell gods (I think it's just good employees), but I get consistently good service and I've never had an incorrect order from this location (I'm only ever there at lunch time). The food is always fresh and delicious. The inside looks a little sparse. It's definitely clean, but has kind of an empty feeling, that's why the 4 stars on atmosphere.

I am officially done with this Taco Bell. This location has repeatedly proven that it does not care about accuracy, basic customer service, or even informing customers when there’s a problem with their order. First incident: my order was intentionally not filled because they were “out of something,” yet instead of telling me, they just handed me an incomplete order. When I asked about it, an employee literally walked away and ignored me. No explanation. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Upper management showed zero interest in addressing the situation. Second incident (today): once again, the order was wrong — and not in a minor way. The burritos were made without sauce, leaving them dry, falling apart, and barely edible. That’s not a preference issue — that’s the food being prepared incorrectly. No heads-up. No effort to make it right. At this point, this isn’t a fluke. It’s a pattern: • Orders not filled properly • Employees refusing to communicate • Management that doesn’t care • Food quality that’s sloppy and careless Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but it does have to be honest and halfway competent. This location is neither. There are plenty of Taco Bells that manage to do the bare minimum. This one somehow can’t — and doesn’t seem interested in trying. Spend your money elsewhere.
