I was charged $42… went back to the store and spoke with the store Manager who said he would put some paperwork in for my refund. With no refund A week later I call the corp Office and they start a ticket for me since the manager apparently didn’t do so. Another week goes by and I call again and get a reference number. She said again, 7 business days. It’s now Christmas week and no refund for my overcharge. We probably drop $2000 a month here and for them to not give a damn about overcharging ppl is a real eye opener. Taking our business elsewhere. I really don’t wanna see a reply on here from corporate stating to give them a call. I’ve done so on at least 3 occasions and once in person. When companies show you they don’t care you have to believe them

Their jobs as cashiers is to cash you out, and I feel like a burden to them every time. On their phones, 0 friendly skills! I’ll take my business else where there are plenty of grocery stores around!
