Simha has, without a doubt, become our go-to and truly our absolute favorite Indian restaurant since it opened! We fine there very regularly. They also have an extremely nice bar. All of the servers and staff are very friendly and helpful. We love coming to Simha. Very highly recommended!

The restaurant has been open for a year so we didn’t know what to expect. The food exceeded our expectations! We had the calamari and samosa chaat to start. Amazing. For dinner we had lamb korma, mutton and butter chicken. Not your typical dishes but the meats were so soft and tender. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful Space, Amazing Service! Attentive and helpful! I have an issue with cilantro which can often be an issue. The staff worked to find all the items I can order that either don’t come with cilantro or can be adjusted to make without! Everything was delicious! I loved the garlic Mushroom soup SO much! Rich and creamy! The spice levels allow for me to indulge in my love of heat without compromising on flavour! We shall be back!

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience due to unprofessional and disrespectful service. We visited twice and spent over $100 each time, yet were treated in a manner that felt targeted and inappropriate. When asking about drinks, we were told, “YOU INDIANS WON’T LIKE IT.” This comment was offensive, stereotypical, and completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. We were repeatedly interrupted and rushed out by 6:30 PM, despite the restaurant being listed as closing at 8:00 PM. We were also denied a bag for our leftovers while other customers were allowed takeaway, further reinforcing unequal treatment. Other tables—including a family and another couple—appeared to be struggling with similar rude behavior. While the food and ambiance were good, the service overshadowed everything. Management should take this seriously, as no guest deserves to feel profiled or disrespected. Dear Ownership / Corporate Team, I am escalating a serious concern regarding repeated unprofessional and discriminatory conduct experienced at your establishment. During two separate visits—each exceeding $100—we encountered behavior that was rude, dismissive, and deeply inappropriate. Most concerning was a statement made by a staff member when we inquired about drinks: “YOU INDIANS WON’T LIKE IT.” This comment reflects stereotyping and bias that should never exist in a professional hospitality environment. We were repeatedly interrupted and rushed to leave by approximately 6:30 PM, despite the restaurant advertising an 8:00 PM closing time. Additionally, we were denied a takeaway bag for leftover food while other customers were provided one. This unequal treatment strongly contributed to the feeling of being singled out. We also observed other guests—including a family and another couple—struggling with rude service and difficulty placing orders, suggesting this is a broader issue rather than an isolated incident. While the food and ambiance met expectations, service of this nature is unacceptable and damaging to your brand. Staff behavior reflects directly on ownership and management. I strongly urge a formal investigation and corrective action. This message is sent with the expectation that it will be taken seriously. Sincerely, Humera
