Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes with absolutely no progress the whole time. It was like the whole place went on break. I would have left (like many others did) had I not already ordered online. Then they didnt take orders through the order area, just told everyone to drive up. Waving people forward through the windows. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Then acted like nothing happened. There's also 2 completely different sets of open hours right on all of the drive through windows. I like the food in general but definitely will never visit this location again.

So slow we actually timed it. Took us shorter to go to warwick and back to our house 5 mins from this location to get food. Honestly thats insane. We used our monopoly food here took 30 mins just in the drive thru lane at Midnight! Then timed from this to the other mcdonalds and back...25 mins and we didn't wait in a long que. And this was not my first instance of this issue here...its every time no matter the time of day. I will just drive to warwick.

DO NOT ORDER HERE ON DOORDASH OR UBER EATS!!!! They do not care how your food is made, they served me cold stale fries, no ice in my drink and my Big Mac had ONE patty on it … horrible horrible!!! Never again.

This McDonald's sucks, I live close by and it would have been faster to drive to Lincoln Mall and order than sit here and wait for my food. 40 minutes for a McDouble meal. And the refund process is so difficult and crappy that you just give up and take the L on your $6. Which is probably what they want unsatisfied customers to do. They should just close this one down. Food always sucks. Takes forever. Wrong orders. Rude staff. Why even be in business.
