This woman has no leadership skills and actually she belongs cleaning bathrooms. She has terrible customer service skills. She never offered anything for my troubles and made my service the worst of any Mc Donalds.

Not for these dei hires, nope, that’s too hard, I got charged for 1 wrap and 3 apple pies… guess what I only got 1 wrap 2 apple pies… why even be open if you’re employees are to incompetent and comprehension seems to be an issue… and it’s on camera that there incompetent… 12/31/25 11:23am.. just in case someone chooses to do there job…

When I get there, like always, there’s no one at the front. I wait 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to let them know I was picking up a mobile order. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I had to wait OVER 30 MINUTES for them to give me my order. All I order was a chicken nugget meal, a couple of drinks and some cookies. Insanity.
