From the beginning it was very unpleasant lady who took my order got it all wrong… when I try to fix things with the manager she was to busy on her phone and was simply ignoring me…had me go to other window to wait and made me late for work. After this while ideal I completely lost my whole appetite and will never visit this location again.

I don’t understand how is it a 24 hour drive-through and when you go to order or place an order they’re only accepting Uber or DoorDash pick up orders that’s it. It’s supposed to be 24 hours opened yet you could only pick up customers orders and not make your own order. Can somebody explain to me what the hell is going on and why is it 24 hours but you can’t order food

Getting tired of the branch as they're system is either down, they mess up orders or don't give you your entire order. Service is disappointing

WAS not happy that the drive thru lane speaker wasn't working again. They should have blocked that lane or placed a note informing the lane is not working. Instead, people pull up and sit there until they notice the other lane is moving.

Waited in the drive thru to see 5 cars go by all my pregnant wife wanted was ice cream no communication no one came to the speaker no type of acknowledgment or engagement
