- JPJada PolancoJul 3, 20251.0I got into the drive through at 4:30 I finally got to the speaker at 4:40 I placed my order and paid at 4:50 I received my drinks right after I was told to wait in the parking lot for my food to be ready I waiting over an hour for my food I went inside and seen there was two workers I asked the manger or shift leader how much longer and he was very respectful about the situation and telling me he will make my food for me so I waited and it turned into 30 more minutes just for me to see that the other person he was working with was being unclean and not helping with food or drinks for others as well the shift leader or manger was doing everything himself I was disappointed with the help that was not being given as u can see he was clearly stressed doing all the coffee and food with no help and simply I didn’t get my food until 6 o’clock but again he was respectful and patient everytime I check for my order let alone how dirty the stations were that’s there was flies everywhere I feel the one person who didn’t help with anything could’ve at least cleaned up since I was waiting there for so long and it wasn’t busy at all.

For a long time I would drive way outta my way to go get coffee because I absolutely hated this location and many more in the area but over the last 3 months I’ve been coming here every day and honestly glad they have a more well rounded and friendlier staff than a few years ago!! I even sometimes steal my friends dog to take him to breakfast now!! And yes sometimes you have to wait a REALLY long time but other days you don’t I’ve been in and out in as quick as 30seconds but I’ve also waited as long as 18 minutes for my coffee because ik it’s going to be perfect and EXACTLY what I’m looking for! KEEP IT UP LADIES!!!
