  Just got here at 5:13 with my gf and was told they didnt have donuts. At opening time. Which is kinda hard to believe considering that when i worked for dunkin, the donuts got restocked by overnight delivery. And i doubt they have crews unloading and stocking the core product during daytime service, so it seems like we were just turned away so our friend on the drive thru headset could return to her cigarette break.

  El peor servicio al cliente que eh visto en un dunkin donuts. Te atienden con una cara de amargados y ni te toman la orden bien!

  December 16th 1:10pm I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was that rude First of all 5 workers 2 on their phones I ordered a hot XL and waited 10 minutes for my coffee nobody was working but the two at the drive thru Plus i was the only Customer.. The lady that took my order was disrespecting employees hygiene and these people wasnt even present ( what kind of team is that ) The only reason i put the time is so management can see the proplem themselves!!!!

  This Dunkin needs to be completely revamped with management and staff that care. They ask you for your order as if they actually listen then hand you the order and it’s missing what you asked. The lady at the window never greets you. But you can hear them goofing around thru the intercoms. Ill Support small business coffee shops going forward

  Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure multiple staff members at this location are racist. I've been going here using the drive through for a while and they've always been super nice and kind to me and I loved it. I recently found out that my Latino husband hates going to this location because all but a Hispanic-sounding member of staff are consistently rude and short with him. Since realizing this, we've gone together a few times by luck and taken turns handling the ordering and driving like couples do. He's seen them be very kind and polite when I'm driving and ordering, and I've seen them be very very cold to him and even seem to lie when he was driving and ordering. He's a friendly, kind person that random strangers usually love, so it's not like he's rude with them first. I'm going to likely avoid coming here until/unless he says he's having better experiences, and I wouldn't blame him if he didn't go back enough for that chance. I hope management does something to address this. I'd rather see change than just bash on places. It should be a nice experience for every customer, not just white ones.
