Ordered the six dollar meal deal - I asked for more cookie crumble on my coffee and the associate mentioned that it doesn’t come with the cold foam or the cookies, So I asked to add it she went to talk to the higher up… And they said they couldn’t because it’s a six dollar meal deal and I had to go inside to talk to the supervisor!! I’m just baffled because I’ve been to so many Dunkins and they the first to make adding a few crumbles an issue! And let me tell you this is just the last straw because it’s always something at that Dunkin. It could have been so simple but nope. 👎🏻

They are rushing me to order, have an attitude, then when I get to the window they have an attitude. I work in customer service I get it they are on a timer but you shouldn't be rude to the customers.
- KAKarina AguileraDec 5, 20251.0Mala experiencia me robaron les doy un consejo hagan que ellos revisen las bolsas por qué a mí me dieron la orden de comida y me faltaban dos sándwiches y me dijeron que ya me los avían dado gasté casi $20 y solo me dieron las dos bebidas y un sandwich eran 3 sándwiches malo malo asta me dijeron que si no me movía de la línea me iban a llamar a la policía yo me hubiera quedado a esperar la policía para que chequearan las cámaras para que vieran que solo un sándwich metieron a la bolsa pero ya se me estaba haciendo tarde para llevar a los niños a la escuela mal servicio malo malo
