  For starters, they barely filled mine and my wife's coffees past the halfway point feeling more like shots than drinks. I also asked for bacon to be added to my sauce eggs and cheese on English muffin and for the 2nd week in a row they charged me for it yet forgot to add it. They dont care about the details that matter

  This store is always horrible, I live a minute away and have to take a 10 minute drive to a different one! This store is always unprofessional, unfriendly like & RUDE ! They don’t know how to properly make sandwiches or coffee. Dunkin please do better.

  Seems like the only dunkin left that their ice coffee doesn’t just taste like water. Idk if it’s because this one isn’t like the newer ones with the coffee that comes out the handles, but either way it’s the only dunkin I’ll go to now.. sad, because it’s out of the way when I’m heading to work but I’d rather do the extra traveling then throw my money away. Dunkin needs to fix these other locations

  I come in and was ignored. Customer service is terrible. Then to have someone who is sick making my drink and grabbing my donut is unsanitary. The sick employee was not wearing her mask all the way. She was touching her nose and then touching cups with her bare hands. That’s not okay. I left my drink, a drink I paid for rather than making anyone uncomfortable. But overall this shouldn’t happen at all.
