    Genuinely cannot stand this dunkin. Employees are incompetent and always make the orders wrong. If you hate your job so much, just quit. Nothing ever taste good and Im always charged the wrong amount. Food is never correctly made, its just unbelievable I have to go to other dunkins for the same shit

    This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible anytime I order anything on Uber eats or DoorDash. My order is messed up and it keeps getting unacceptable. Never going back to this Dunkin again.

    I love this store buuuuuuutttt I've been served English muffins with no color looked like they never went through warmer on manyamy occasions I think they should hold a class on how to cook an English muffin lol besides that I love this store and their employees 💯💯💯 esp the one who makes my English muffin right everytime 😊😊😊😊she knows who she is... But I definitely recommend this Duncan they are on point there could be a huge line and that line moves very quickly

    My bagel was rock hard and cold. I asked politely for them to remake it and they said the only thing they could do is re-heat it. Which melted my cream cheese into soup. Used the restroom as well, which is locked. Had an employee walk right in on me without knocking. 2 minutes passed and I'm getting bombarded with knocking from a female employee who stated I had to leave because I was taking too long and didn't make a purchase, which was false. Customer service needs to be a lot better.
