Not always stocked on items. If you want certain items, make sure you get there first thing in the morning. Also walked in to buy the book that they had for the holidays and one girl looked at me like I don't think we have those and I had to point to where they were. She's like we're selling these so lets me know there's not too much communication or people are not paying attention. Mood bosses are putting out information. Also when I was leaving one time one person was complaining about another staff member how they had to leave exactly on time with an earshot of customers which is very unprofessional and that person should be let go. Do the fact that you never know what somebody has that they have to leave for a job or other things in life and for her to just be complaining to another staff person and somebody on the phone about that. At the same time in front of customer not at all professional, it should not be done at a place of business.
